St Luke’s Hospice Opens New Pop-Up Shop at Fox Valley

St Luke’s Hospice has opened a brand-new pop-up shop at Fox Valley shopping centre in Stocksbridge, following the closure of its long-established Manchester Road store.
The pop-up has now opened in the former Cardfactory unit — a space made available after the popular retailer relocated elsewhere within Fox Valley. The temporary store will remain open through the run into Christmas and into early next year, ahead of the much-anticipated new M&S development which is planned for this part of the award winning shopping centre.
The former St Luke’s shop on Manchester Road closed in May to allow the building to be redeveloped as part of the wider regeneration of Manchester Road in Stocksbridge.
“Our Stocksbridge shop has been part of the community for a very long time now but its closure is not the end of the story,” said Jenny Booth, Head of Retail at St Luke’s. “We are thrilled to be returning to the area with this fantastic pop-up space at Fox Valley and we’re delighted to already be welcoming customers back.”
The new pop-up offers a curated selection of pre-loved fashion, books, homewares, gifts and festive favourites, giving customers the chance to shop sustainably while supporting vital hospice care in Sheffield.

St Luke’s is asking supporters to note that the pop-up shop will not be accepting donations on site.
“We’re so grateful for the warm welcome back into this wonderful community and for the support we receive from the people of Stocksbridge,” added Jenny.
Centre Manager at Fox Valley Claire Biltcliffe said: “We are really pleased to welcome St Lukes to the centre with their pop up store, it’s a great opportunity for our shoppers to support a fantastic local charity.”
