18 April 2016

The digital learning specialists dreamm are the latest company to move to the brand new offices at north Sheffield’s Fox Valley development.

Founded in 2004, the team at dreamm create bespoke e-learning and training systems for corporate customers across the UK as well as catering for a growing global client base.

The company’s former base in Henley-on-Thames has now relocated to Maria House at Fox Valley where Project Director Emma Pincott is now based.

Emma, who has recently moved to South Yorkshire said: “We have colleagues working in other parts of the country but have been looking for a base in this area and Fox Valley is a great location for us.

"Stocksbridge is a great community and we are really pleased to be part of the new Fox Valley development and to have our head office based here.”

dreamm works for a wide range of companies with clients in the pharmaceutical, automotive and travel industry. Some of the company’s leading clients include ATPI, Canon and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics.

Development surveyor at Dransfield Properties, Dave Hale, said: “We are delighted to welcome dreamm to their offices at Fox Valley and wish Emma and her team all the very best in their new premises.

"We have had a fantastic response to our new office buildings Maria House and Samuel House and both are now fully let. We’ve also had a great deal of interest in the new offices above the retail units at Fox Valley which really is testament to this part of north Sheffield as a great location for new and expanding businesses.”

As well as brand new, high specification office space the Fox Valley development is delivering around 32 new retail, café and restaurant units bringing a host of national retailers as well as high quality independent stores.

A new 600 space town centre car park and landscaped peace gardens area are also part of the scheme - Fox Valley retail will open in June this year.

Dransfield Properties has received an investment of £8,111,040 from the Yorkshire and Humber ERDF Programme 2007- 2013, which is managed by the Department for Communities and Local Government to bring forward the Fox Valley project.
