Future expansion plans as Enzygo moves to new Fox Valley HQ

Specialist environmental consultants Enzygo are the latest leading local firm to move to new office premises at north Sheffield’s Fox Valley development.
The company has offices in Bristol and Manchester as well as the headquarters which is now based in a brand new 2,392 sq. ft. office at Samuel House – part of the £50 million Fox Valley development.
Twenty members of staff are working from the company’s new Fox Valley premises headed by Director Matt Travis, who is originally from Deepcar - just minutes from the new town centre development.
The move is a key part of Enzygo’s plans to expand and grow – the company was founded in 2007 and now employs more than 35 people with clients across the UK.
Enzygo has built up a strong reputation for helping companies deliver major developments and infrastructure projects. The team at Fox Valley specialise in areas ranging from flood risk assessment and noise assessment to landscape management and environmental impact assessments as well as hydrogeological/geotechnical and contamination services.
The company works with major national and international firms including Persimmon Homes and SITA as well as Whitbread and Peel Holdings.
Matt said: “Sheffield is our largest office and we are definitely looking to expand and grow from our new premises here at Fox Valley. This is a fantastic location for us not only to build on our client base locally but also to access the wider region and the companies we work with right across the UK.”
Samuel House is named after Samuel Fox who first founded a steelworks in Stocksbridge and patented the paragon umbrella frame. Matt’s father and grandfather both worked at the steelworks.
As well as brand new, high specification office space the Fox Valley development is delivering around 32 new retail, café and restaurant units bringing a host of national retailers as well as high quality independent stores to
Fox Valley. A new 600 space town centre car park and landscaped peace gardens area are also part of the scheme - Fox Valley retail will open in June this year.

Dransfield Properties has received an investment of £8,111,040 from the Yorkshire and Humber ERDF Programme 2007- 2013, which is managed by the Department for Communities and Local Government to bring forward the Fox Valley project.
