Fox Valley’s rustic food trailer is taken over by new management

24 August 2022

The funky sandwich trailer found within the fountain area at Fox Valley has been taken over by new management but will be keeping its rustic look and great menu with some popular new additions.

The converted horsebox trailer was first launched at the centre in 2019 by on-site butchers, John Crawshaw, and is known as Seven Hills Grill.

Mandy Major has now taken over the popular foodie van seeing huge potential in the businesses and it’s location, which is by the attractive outdoor seating area around the centre’s water fountains.

Seven Hills Grill is known for its delicious, affordable range of hot breakfast sandwiches which are served all year round alongside a variety of cakes, bakes and hot and cold drinks.

Sandwiches can also be made to pre order and customers can use the following phone number to order - 07768 551636.

With its best seller being the bacon, sausage and egg sandwich, the new management team have set out to bring you a new favourite. This week Seven Hills Grill have introduced a steak, cheese, and onion sandwich and there’s more tasty new sandwich combinations to come.

Mandy Major, new manager at Seven Hills Grill, said: “Seven Hills Grill is really popular with the locals, I had only been open two days and already had lots of sales. I can’t wait to carry on serving these lovely people.”

Seven Hills Grill is open from 8am until 2pm every day apart from Tuesdays.

Centre Manager for Fox Valleys, Claire Reynolds, said: “It is lovely to see that the popular Seven Hills Grill is continuing to serve our shoppers with their breakfast and lunch time favourites and we wish the management all the best of luck here at Fox Valley.”

Mandy Major became familiar with Fox Valley from the Horseshoe market, which is part of the many markets held at Fox Valley Shopping Centre.

The centre also hosts a weekly Friday Market from 10am until 4pm, which offers a variety of different stalls including a host of local food, drink and craft traders. Products include locally sourced fish, fruit and veg, sweet treats, cheese, bakery produce, handmade gifts, household items, cosmetics and much more.
