Fox Valley’s Farmers’ Market returns this weekend

30 March 2021

The monthly Fox Valley Farmers’ Market returns on Saturday 3rd April from 9am-3pm, bringing a host of local produce and food-to-go stalls.

GS Greens (Micro-greens), Feinkost Olives, Penistone Fruit & Veg and The Great British Fudge Co will all be attending with locally sourced and handmade produce, perfect for both weekend meal and treat ideas for the Easter weekend.

Fox Valley’s very own H & S Jacket Potatoes will be trading from their food van located in the Trek Bikes seating area and will be joined by an exciting lineup of food-to-go vendors including Woodfired Pizza, Hepy’s Hog Roast, Grill Time Yorkshire Pudding Wraps and fresh donuts.

The monthly and weekly Markets at Fox Valley have proved a popular way for locals to shop for essentials and takeaway food in a safe, outdoor environment during the lockdown restrictions.

The Farmers’ Market is subject to Covid-19 safety restrictions including hand sanitisers on each stall for customers to use, a one way system around the market and wider spaces on the footpaths to allow for social distancing.

Jessica Horton from the Fox Valley Markets team said: “We have a fabulous line up of both fresh food and exciting street food to take away at this Month’s Farmers’ Market, it will be a great way to safely enjoy the Easter weekend!”

Nonessential retailers, restaurants and cafes are preparing to reopen at Fox Valley from 12th April. Keep up to date with upcoming announcements by following their Facebook page @FoxValleyretail or visit
