Fox Valley to Bring 118 New Homes to Stocksbridge

North Sheffield will soon see the launch of a major new housing development at Fox Valley.
Stonebridge Homes are already well underway in their preparations for opening one of their largest developments to date. The site will see the building of 118 new homes, with a range of designs available – from one bedroom apartments to 2, 3 & 4 bedroom semi-detached and 3 & 4 bedroom detached homes.

An attractive landscaped area is being created between the retail and housing sites, whilst improved access to the new Stocksbridge town centre is also nearing completion via a new link road off the Stocksbridge bypass.
