Fox Valley Boots store praised for great customer care

The team at the Boots store at Fox Valley in north Sheffield have been named as Store of the Year for their area in a company-wide award.

The 6,000 sq. ft. store opened in March 2018 at the north Sheffield shopping centre, the team was named Store of the Year for delivering consistently high standards of customer care.

The store is one of 15 Boots stores in the area and can be found at Fox Valley next to Sports Direct and Next.
The centre’s Tenant Liaison Executive, Claire Reynolds, said: “We’d like to congratulate the store manager Rebecca and her team for this great achievement – Boots has been a great addition to Fox Valley and the company has a great team here, they really deserve this recognition.”
