☕ Part-Time Café Assistant – Dinner Cover
Shackletons Fox Valley Gallery Coffee
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Café Assistant to join our Gallery Coffee team at Shackletons Fox Valley.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy café environment and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will help create a welcoming experience for our customers while supporting the day-to-day running of the café.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing friendly and efficient service to all customers
Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages
Preparing hot and cold drinks, including barista-style coffees
Operating the till and handling payments accurately
Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming café environment
Supporting the team during busy periods
Assisting with food preparation and serving
Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
About You:
Previous café, hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills and a friendly approach
Ability to work well as part of a team
Reliable and flexible with availability for dinner/evening cover
