Spring has sprung at this month’s Fox Valley Farmers’ Market

3 April 2018

The Fox Valley Farmers’ Market returns this Saturday (7th April) with a special spring theme to welcome in the new season.

Shoppers will be able to pick up lots of fresh, local produce from Kevin’s Pies, the Fishcake Company, the Cheese Shop, Ellis fresh fruit and veg and Sara’s Cakes.

There will also be plenty of unique gift stalls including hand made bird houses, t-shirts, fresh flowers and candles from the Sheffield Candle Company.

Fox Valley favourites Crepes & Go will also be returning to the Farmers’ Market this month - why not pick up a sweet treat and enjoy in the relaxing hay bale seating area by the fountains?

This month’s Farmers’ Market will also be welcoming Marsh Valley Soaps for the first time and they will be bringing along their baby goats for a real spring-time treat.  You can find Marsh Valley Soaps and their adorable goats by the Independent Quarter.

There will also be live music on the bandstand from the very talented Alice Bannister from 12pm-2pm.

Fox Valley’s Centre Manager Sandra Barley said “We can’t wait for our spring-themed Farmers’ Market this month with lots of great, local produce and gifts on offer.”

“We are excited to welcome in the spring time with beautiful baby lambs from the Marsh Valley Soap company- make sure you pay them a visit by the Independent Quarter!”

The Fox Valley monthly Farmers’ Market takes place on Saturday 7th April from 9am-3pm by the fountain area.
