Personal strength training specialists fit20 have renewed their lease at Fox Valley, furthering their occupancy for their boutique studio and UK Head Office space in Harry Brearley House. 

A worldwide fitness training business, fit20 is now open in 10 countries and continues to expand across the UK from their Head Office at Fox Valley. With over 19,000 studio members worldwide, fit20 Certified Personal Trainers have completed over one million private training sessions, helping all these people on their health and fitness journeys.

Despite challenging circumstances with lockdowns over the past two years, the fit20 studio in Fox Valley has grown its membership by 67% on its pre-lockdown high.
