Mother’s Day themed market comes to Fox Valley this weekend

The monthly Fox Valley Farmers’ Market returns this weekend (Saturday 2nd March) for a Mother’s Day special!

There will be lots of unique gift ideas on offer just in time for Mother’s Day, including treats from The Sweetest Thing, beauty products from Neal's Yard and handmade glass money boxes from Scribble Crafts.

Ellis Fruit and Veg, the Old Bridge Bakery and the Cheese Shop are amongst the fresh produce traders attending the Market this month.

The team from Child’s Play will also be hosting a free Mother’s Day craft stall from 11am-3pm, where children can create something special for their mum.

There will be live entertainment from local singer and guitarist Alfie Wright from 12pm.

Fox Valley Events Manager Kayleigh Marron said: “We are really looking forward to the Mother’s Day themed Farmers’ Market this weekend where you can find amazing local market traders and lots of fun activities to enjoy!”

The Fox Valley Farmers’ Market takes place on the first Saturday of every month, 9am-3pm and is located under the glass walkway towards the rear of the centre.
