Fox Valley’s gym to reopen this Saturday

21 July 2020

Snap Fitness at Fox Valley will reopen its doors to members on Saturday 25th July from 7am following a change to government advice.

The gym will be back to opening 24/7, however members will be required to book training slots on the GymSync app for staffed hours (between 6am and 9pm).

Snap Fitness has been closed to the public for the past 18 weeks following government guidelines, but the team are now looking ahead and working hard to reopen safely this weekend.

New safety measures have been introduced in the gym to ensure the safety of members and staff. These include Sanitiser stations, a one way system throughout the gym and members will need to wipe down equipment before and after use.

For the time being, changing facilities and lockers will be unavailable and members should only train with one other person from their social bubble.

Claire Reynolds from the Fox Valley Management Team said: “We are really pleased that Snap Fitness are now able to reopen to members after an 18 week closure due to the lock down.

“Exercise is key in maintaining good physical and mental well-being, which is more important than ever right now, so we are really happy that the Snap Fitness team and members can get back to the gym and back to being active!”

Snap Fitness Stocksbridge is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Staffed hours are between 6am-9pm. To find out more about Snap Fitness at Fox Valley please visit https://www.snapfitness.com/uk/gyms/stocksbridge/
