Fox Valley team announce foodie line up for Food and Music Festival

The Fox Valley team are preparing for the centre’s annual Food and Music Festival next month which is due to take place on the 15th and 16th June.

The two-day event is packed with family fun and activities as well as great food and music with a fantastic line up of local traders due to take part in the event.

This year the event’s market area is sponsored by the centre’s on site Mediterranean restaurant Neomed which can be found in Fox Valley’s Independent Quarter.

Neomed’s sister company is The Old Bridge Bakery, a regular at Fox Valley’s weekly market and the monthly Farmer’s Market.

As well as the Old Bridge Bakery other market favourites will take part in the event including Andy’s Fruit and Veg Stall. Both the Saturday and Sunday of the event will see a packed line up of local produce and delicious food to go.

Continental Catering will be taking part in the event this year as well as The Greedy Greek Deli, the Fudge Bar and The Little Badger Cider Company – local beers and ales will also be available from Bradfield Brewery and everything from spicy curries to delicious cheeses will be available throughout the event.

Fox Valley’s Events Manager, Kayleigh Marron said: “We are really looking forward to our annual Food and Music Festival and to welcoming a great line up of traders as well as delicious food to go options throughout the weekend.

Neomed is one of the Fox Valley restaurants due to be showcasing some of their delicious in the Festival’s demo kitchen area on the Saturday of the two day event.
