The Countdown to opening is on at Sandersons Boutique store

Contractors working on the stunning interior of north Sheffield's new Sandersons Department store will complete their part of the project this week - ready for the store to open on September 1st.

As the shopfitters move out the Sandersons team will move in to put the finishing touches to the 17,000 sq. ft. store in preparation for the opening at Fox Valley next week.

A team of joiners, decorators and interior designers have been working seven days a week to get the new store ready in time for the opening event and for merchandising to begin today - marking the final stage of preparations before the Golden Ticket opening next week.

This week will also see the Sandersons team continue their staff training, focusing on the Beauty Lounge Department with their Beauty Ambassador Armand Beasley, with credits such as Vogue & Grazia, as well as a regular slot as makeover specialist on ITV’s This Morning.

Visitors from their wide range of beauty brands such as SKN-RG, Green People plus many more will be visiting Fox Valley to provide hands-on training of their cruelty-free and organic skin care ranges.

The Beauty Lounge is just one of the unique features Sandersons will bring.

Owner and managing director of Sandersons, Deborah Holmes, said: "It's a really important part of our preparations to work closely with all the beauty and skincare brands we are going to stock by inviting them down to the centre to train our staff.

Sandersons Department Store will stock a wide range of much-loved brands such as Ted Baker, Phase 8, Barbour & Alessi alongside brands exclusive to the area like Masai & Onjenu.

Sandersons Grand Golden Ticket Opening Event will take place at 11am on Thursday 1st September to celebrate the store’s opening. Prosecco & cupcakes will be served on arrival and the first 100 customers will receive a fabulous free gift. The prize draw for the winner of the £500 gift card will be announced at 6pm on Thursday 1st September, the winner will be contacted and announced on the Sandersons Department Store Facebook page.
