8 May 2017

North Sheffield’s premium retail destination Fox Valley has expanded the centre’s Independent Quarter by welcoming a new café to the line-up.

The Old Rolling Pin café is run by local businesswomen Tracy Baines 38 and Jennifer Chadburn 36 who offer a delicious selection of sandwiches and wraps as well as jacket potatoes and all-day breakfasts.

The team at the new family-run café have lots of exciting plans for the future including Teddy Bear’s Picnics for children, dementia-friendly events, birthday parties and even Sunday lunches.

The pair also create celebration cakes for every occasion which you can inquire about in their new unit which is located by Sorelle and Foxy Nails.

The Old Rolling Pin officially opened last Saturday (29th April) just in time for the Tour de Yorkshire which finished outside Fox Valley’s bike store Full Gas Bikes on Sunday 30th April.

Tracy Baines said “we are delighted to be joining the fantastic line up of independent stores here at Fox Valley”

“Jennifer and I are both local girls and we are so excited to start our new business venture here in our own community.”

Centre manager at Fox Valley, Annabel Plumtree said: “The Old Rolling Pin looks great and we are delighted to welcome this new venture to our lovely Independent Quarter here at Fox Valley.”

The Old Rolling Pin can be found at the entrance of Fox Valley in the Independent Quarter.
