Mum’s the word - Fox Valley celebrates Mother’s Day in style

Fox Valley in North Sheffield held a special Mother’s Day competition with a fantastic pamper hamper up for grabs as the top prize.
Hundreds of entries were received as local youngsters sent in drawings of their mum to be in with the chance of winning the grand prize.
Max Woodhall, aged 10, from Springvale School in Penistone was the lucky winner and won his mum, Sally Johnson, a selection of fantastic prizes from stores at Fox Valley including a luxury hamper from Sandersons Department Store and a goodie bag from Paperchase.
Other amazing prizes included a bottle of prosecco from Pontis Italian Kitchen and invitation to the M&Co’s Style Event.
NYC Bar & Grill kindly gave Max a free meal and the chance to make his own milkshake behind the bar!
Mum Sally Johnson said: “What a fantastic prize to win for Mother’s Day – this really will make it a very special Mother’s Day for both of us.”
Emily Hughes from Fox Valley said: “We had some really lovely entries and we have really enjoyed looking through them all – Max’s picture of his Mum definitely stood out through and we hope they have a great Mother’s Day this Sunday.”
All of the fantastic entries will be displayed on Fox Valley’s big screens located in the fountain area from Friday 24th March.
